Most order mistakes do not come from the product page. They come from the settings around the order: delivery fees, unavailable neighborhoods, tax rules, and unclear fulfillment notes.

Price delivery before the chat gets busy

Delivery zones let your team quote the right fee quickly and avoid promising same-day delivery where it is not realistic. Keep zone names human, not internal.

Make tax visible

If VAT or GST applies, show it in the order total before payment. A clear tax line prevents uncomfortable follow-ups after a customer thinks the price is settled.

Give fulfillment the context

Address notes, payment method, order status, and customer history should travel with the order. The customer should not have to repeat what they already told you in WhatsApp.
