1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Sitewire account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Sitewire on behalf of a business, you are agreeing to these terms for that business.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the products you list, the orders you fulfil, and keeping your login, WhatsApp Business number, and payment gateway credentials secure.
- Provide accurate business information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Use Sitewire lawfully and respectfully. Do not send spam, attempt to disrupt the service, or sell unlawful goods through your store.
4. WhatsApp compliance
Your store must follow Meta WhatsApp Business Platform policies, including opt-in requirements for broadcasts and approved templates for messages sent outside the 24-hour customer service window.
5. Payments
Sitewire never holds your funds. Each merchant connects their own payment gateway, and transactions settle directly between you and your gateway provider.
6. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from account settings.
7. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate WhatsApp policies or these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
Sitewire is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you before they take effect.
